the Internet traffic congestion.
In MediaRing Talk 99, click Network Delay button, .

• The quality of audio conversation over the Internet
  is subjected to Internet traffic conditions.
• It does so by calculating the round trip delay of
  data packets sent out to the called party.
• This delay is the time between sending the data
  and receiving a response.
